Welcome to Update ('Service'), operated by Invezo Finance, Inc. ('Company,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'). These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of update.dev. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Accounts and Authentication

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• Authentication is managed through Supabase, which may require email, Google, or GitHub authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and keeping your login credentials confidential.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

2. Payments, Billing, and Subscription Terms

• All payments are processed through Stripe, and by using our Service, you agree to Stripe's terms.
• We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law.
• Failure to make timely payments will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment details to avoid interruptions in service.

3. Organization and Data Ownership

• Organizations within the Service may transfer ownership to another user.
• The Company retains full ownership of all data stored and processed within the Service.
• Users acknowledge that they do not have ownership rights over any organization-related data within the Service.
• The Company reserves the right to access, manage, and modify organization data for operational and compliance purposes.

4. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

• The Company makes no guarantees regarding the uptime or uninterrupted access to the Service.
• The Service is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

• Users may not use the Service to engage in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful activities.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or another legally recognized dispute resolution process.
